NO/AIDS is funded to provide Case Management and support services to individuals living with HIV/AIDS in the Region 3 area.

Prevention education (street and community outreach, venue-based outreach, condom distribution, community mobilization, empowerment, popular opinion leader intervention, internet chat), HIV antibody counseling and testing, statewide HIV/AIDS hotline, case management, case findings, housing coordination, early intervention/primary medical care, mental health, support groups, home delivered meals, food bank, peer support, medication disbursement and operation of transitional independent residential facility in Houma Louisiana.

Intake Process:

Walk-in, Telephone, Refferal by Ryan White CARE providers. This is available through NO/AIDS. Picture ID, Proof of Residence, Proof of income required
