Transitional/permanent housing for AIDS positive and symptomatic adults who are homeless or at high risk for homelessness. Housing may turn permanent depending on case. Assisted living, 24-hour care, assitance with activities of daily living, substance abuse counseling, mental health therapy, outreach, bedroom and apartment living, case management, three meals per day, transportation to health-related appointments, help in finding job training and placement, and more

Program Fees:

30% of salary to rent; 20% of salary to services. Cap of $350 per month
