Description:

Supervised apartment housing and support services to help homeless youth ages 18-21 strengthen and develop basic life and work skills required for a successful transition to adulthood

Office hours 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday - Friday

Fill out an application , interviews will be scheduled

Eligibility:

between the ages of 18 and 21; homeless, and or living in a dangerous, unstable environment; not currently living under supervision of parents or guardians, must be nonviolent and is not an immediate danger to self or others including overtly suicidal, homicidal or psychotic; not acutely physically ill; mental state does not completely preclude ability to particpate in basic program requirements; not actively involved with drugs/alcohol or experiencing physiological withdrawl. If a drug/alcohol problem exists the youth must either already be participating in a treatment program or be willy to start a treatment program.
