Provides civil legal services to the indigent. The underlying premise is that everyone, regardless of income or status, is entitled to access to the court and to have their day in court. Its mission is to dedicate its resources and corporate service to provide competent, concerned and motivated attorneys, paralegals and support staff, who provide high quality legal services that meet the needs of the poor, handicapped, and elderly in civil matters.

M-F, 8:30A-5:30P

Intake Process:

Call on Mondays for all family matters 9:30 am - 12:30 pm and Wednesdays for all other legal matters 9:30A-12:30P

Walk-ins are accepted if you have been sued, served with papers or have a scheduled court date.

Program Fees:

Attorney fees are not charged, however, clients may be responsible for paying court costs.


English, interpreter services available


The cases handled are civil cases (no criminal cases); the most common types of cases handled are about family matters, consumer, public benefits, bankruptcy and housing. Eligibility for service is based on gross income and in relation to family size. An applicant's assets are also considered.
