Non-profit social service agency providing assistance to the low-income, impoverished, crisis stricken, youth, elderly, and homeless individuals and families of Vernon Parish and surrounding communities.

Programs administered by the agency are typical to Community Action as well as those for which there are particular needs identivied in our community for which we have obtained funds to address.

ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH OUR AGENCY ARE CONFIDENTIAL AND FREE OF CHARGE - By Appointment Only

Programs include:
Weatherization program for citizens in Vernon, Beauregard, Calcasieu, and Cameron Parishes
Vernon Parish Food 4 Seniors Program
Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LiHeap)
