Maison provides housing to homeless men and women who have chronic mental illnesses.

Maison has a homelike atmosphere with 24 hours a day/7 days week supervision. Maison's services include monitoring of self medication, individualized plans of care (developed and monitored by a mental health professional), psycho-social skills training, individual and group counseling, life skills training, educational, recreational, and social programs, assistance with applying for disability income, scheduling appointments and transportation for appointments, religious services, meetings and the like. All residents are encouraged to participate in self-help recovery and day programs.

M-F, 9A-5P

Intake Process:

Screening interview required.

Program Fees:

$475/month

Languages:

English, interpreter services available upon request.

Eligibility:

Dual Diagnosis/Mental Illness, 18-80 single adults with mental illness.

Shelter Requirements:

Keep all Mental Health appointments and any other medical or psychological appointments.

Take medications as prescribed by physician and/of psychiatrist

Maintalin living quarters in clean condition.

Follow the prescribed Individualized Plan of Care.
