Affordable housing options for mentally ill adults
Eligibility Includes:
* The individual is classified as homeless
* The individual is at least 18-years of age
* The individual has a primary diagnosis of a serious mental illness or a concurrent diagnosis with chemical dependency
* The individual has sufficient financial resources to maintain basic living costs.
* The individual is capable of participating in and benefiting from our setting and supportive programs.
* The individual is able to demonstrate ability to exhibit control of his/her behavior and is judged not to be a danger to self or others
* The individual demonstrates ability to care for self or others.
* The individual agrees to participate in his/her respective program plan, which may or may not include compliance with a recommended regimen of psychotropic medications.

M-F, 8A-4:30P
