Description:

The HOPE Center serves the corner of four parishes. This area encompasses Gills, Dry Creek, Kinder, and East of DeQuincy.

The center is open Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30 am until 3:00 pm.

Our Services include:
FEEDING FAMILIES: Food will be Distribution is based on the number of qualifying members in the family

SENIOR CITIZENS: For each qualifying senior, 50 pounds of food will be provided each month

CLOTHING CLOSET: 4th Thursday of the month
Emergency situations are given special consideration.

LITERACY CLASSES:
Information is provided at the Center for those who are interested

Hours:

Seniors Food Distribution on the 4th Wednesday of the month from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm

Families Food distributed on the 4th Wednesday & Thursday 9:30 am to 3:00 pm

Clothing Closet is the 4th Thursday of the month from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm

Intake Process:

Contact June Reeves to show proof of income and Social Security cards for every member of the household for qualification for services

SENIOR CITIZENS: 65 years and older or those who are 60+ with qualifying needs

FEEDING FAMILIES: must live in a 30 mile radius of the Hope Center; have proof of income; and a social security number for each member in the household
