Trained Information and Referral (I&R) specialists provide early intervention and resource support for people in times of personal and family crisis. Staff can also advocate for those who require extra support to access needed services. 232-HELP/Louisiana 211 maintains a database in-house and on their web site which lists thousands of health and human resources.
In addition to the numbers listed, the Agency can be accessed by dialing the toll-free, three digit 2-1-1 number.
