Promotes self-sufficiency and provides services that meet the social,emotional and spiritual needs of individuals, thereby strengthening the families and communities served.
Services include:

4. Traumatic Head and Spinal Cord Injury Services
5. Certified Medicaid Application Center

8 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday

Intake Process:

ACT, Supportive Housing - through Office of Mental Health referrals; Call main office for other programs.
