Description:
Catholic Social Services is a non-profit ministry of the Diocese of Houma-Thibodaux providing services to the community without regard to income or religious affiliation. The agency offers direct aid to clients needing emergency assistance or disaster relief and provides training for first-time homeowners and entreprenuers. Other services include adoptions, referrals to Food Bank or St. Vincent DePaul Pharmacy, daycare, support on immigration issues, and prison ministry. Catholic Services has been certified by LANO as meeting their standards of excellence.

Telephone; By Appointment only; referral required by a local church for rent and utility assistance;
Picture ID required/Proof of Residence/Food Stamp printout or proof of bills and income

No fees/not applicable
Eligibility:
Services are available to all persons; those asking for assistance must offer proof of income and expenses
